I’m an ass…

So many people have stumbled upon these pages, and have read these trials of a not so young silly-desi from the states.

But I have been lax with these keys, and for that I apologize to all of you.

There is still much too much to be said, and I assure you that my days are devilishly-daunted by this dripping narrative.

But I’ve been a bit distracted between dissatisfaction and diligence as of late.

Knowing that I need to get better… to sharpen the skills on I base my entire existence on… has compelled me to spend more time at war in the studio battling frequencies, rather than finding any peace in a pen.

It tore me apart to know that you have come… and you have listened and bought… and all while the production has been less than heaven sent.

It clearly made no sense to sing of angels, with a devils common sense.

But I now I proudly bow before you and present…

PRATICHEE’S - THE PERIL OF A POP PRINCESS - REMIXED AND REMASTERED

(Am I making the same mistake again?)

You become the moment around you when you inhale its music…

And that’s when a beautiful thing happens…  you carry that melody inside you forever.

Whenever I listen to these songs, I hear the echoes of all laughter and tears that it took to make.

I hear the lost innocents, the bubbling optimism, the fragility of the girl I was when we started…

I hear all of our stumbles and struggles, mischief and majesty , and It makes me smile…

And now I know that the fleeting seconds could never count, the whole of my heartbeats within this album.

And so I muster my courage to say it is accomplished…  my album now belongs to you.

I have travelled so many miles to reach here, so many stages, and so many songs.

So many wonderfully-tragic moments have blossomed and gone wrong.

Deep told me to get ready for the new road that lies ahead.

I want to believe, and I do share that dream, but I’ve learned to be careful where I tread…

                                                                                          …For I have already seen the view from both sides of a ledge.
